Lindsay’s goal is for you to feel more confident and empowered in the kitchen preparing plant-based dishes that you love to eat and share with your family.
Lindsay’s enthusiasm for nutrition led her to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food from CSU, Sacramento and become a certified Food for Life cooking instructor by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.
Currently, she is pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) in nutrition and dietetics to become a Registered Dietician Nutritionist (RDN).
