Learn dietary strategies to reduce inflammation and support your recovery. Other class topics include: an examination of macronutrients—carbohydrates, fat, and protein—and why plant-based sources are optimal for athletes. Class features a cooking demonstration of delicious, health-promoting dishes and food samples, along with handouts of easy and affordable recipes you can prepare at home.
